One More Dose Here for the Spider Mites
You can see that they spider mites survived. Those little white specs are the blasted things.
So I took the blasted plant back into the kitchen and blasted the blasted things off with some blasted water again. This time they better not come back!
Hi Missy, Spider mites are the worst aren't they! Insecticidal Soap sounds like a scary insecticide, but it really is just soap and water. You can find it at stores like Home Depot in the garden section. You can also make a homemade version, as Tara suggests above, by mixing soap and water. I don't know the exact proportions, but if you google insecticidal soap, I am sure you can find a simple recipe. Spider mites will spread from plant to plant and so I would spray any plants you have, wether or not they are showing signs of spider mites.
:O I hope it works this time! Maybe a spray of dish soap and water would help just to make sure you got rid of them. :)
